Thuốc điều trị mụn Clindamycin & Benzoyl Peroxide Gel Peroclin 5% chứa hoạt chất Benzoyl Peroxide.
Công dụng:
- Thuốc điều trị mụn chứa hoạt chất Benzoyl Peroxide.
- Tác dụng giúp tiêu diệt và ngăn cản sự phát triển của vi khuẩn P.Acnes.
- Đặc biêt mụn mủ viêm sưng.
Thành phần:
- Benzoyl Peroxide 5%.
- Carbomers, Dimeticone, Disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate, Disodium edetate, Glycerol, Silica, colloidal hydrated, Poloxamer 182, Purified water, Sodium hydroxide
Cách dùng:
- 1 lần/buổi tối trên vùng da bị mụn.
- Sử dụng kèm kem chống nắng vào ban ngày.
Lưu ý:
- Tránh xa tầm tay trẻ em.
- Dùng theo chỉ định của bác sĩ.
- Tránh tiếp xúc với mắt.

Description
- Peroclin 5% Gel is a combination medicine used for the treatment of inflammatory acne vulgaris.
- This medicine is not recommended for use in patients less than 12 years of age.
When not to use?
Allergy
- This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to clindamycin, any other lincosamides, benzoyl peroxide, or any other inactive ingredients present along with these medicines.
Colitis
- This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known history of ulcerative colitis, regional enteritis, or antibiotic-associated colitis due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient’s condition.

Pregnancy
- This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant women unless necessary. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before using this medicine.
Breast-feeding
- This medicine is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women unless necessary. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before using this medicine. If the medicine is used, care should be taken such that the infant does not come into contact with the medicine. Also, the infant should be monitored closely for any undesired side effects.
- General warnings
Exposure to sun
- Use of this medicine may cause adverse reactions of the skin on sun exposure. You are advised to take appropriate precautionary measures while stepping out into sunlight during treatment with this medicine.
Skin peeling and skin irritation
- This medicine may cause skin irritation when applied, characterized by peeling of the skin. This effect is not harmful and usually subsides within 1 or 2 days after stopping the treatment.
Use on skin
- This medicine is for external use only. Apply on the affected skin as recommended. Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth.
Use in children
The safety and efficacy of this medicine have not been clinically established in children less than 12 years of age.
Dosage
- Missed Dose
- Apply the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not apply a double dose to make up for the missed one.
Overdose
- An overdose of this medicine is not likely to cause severe symptoms. However, ingestion of this medicine may cause harm and immediate medical intervention may be required.

- This medicine should be used with extreme caution in patients having a history of gastrointestinal diseases, particularly colitis, due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient’s condition. Report any incidence of severe diarrhea, abdominal pain, blood in stools, etc. to the doctor immediately. Appropriate corrective measures, dose adjustments, or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required in some cases based on the clinical condition of the patient.
